Either. Straightforward work can be actioned from a work order. Where there is scope or cost uncertainty we attend, document the conditions and return a scope and estimate before proceeding.

Work that requires a licensed or certified trade is coordinated through qualified and licensed specialty partners. LHGS remains the single point of contact and returns the documentation for the completed work.
