Built on Legacy. Operated for the Future.
LHGS is a family business. The letters stand for Legacy, Horlin, Grusys, Solutions.
The standard behind the work
Documentation
Before, during and completion photographs, inspection notes and clear records, so a manager never has to take our word for it.
Communication
Honest expectations, professional correspondence and follow-through. We would rather tell you something inconvenient early than let you find it out late.
Relationships
We are not trying to close one work order. We want to understand a property, its recurring problems and how its manager works, and stay useful over years.
Quality and precision
Work is assessed properly and executed properly, rather than rushed to close a work order and revisited six months later.
Accountability
When something goes wrong, we address it, document it and correct it. Transparency builds longer relationships than pretending nothing happened.
Who you are dealing with
Lakota Horlin — President, Operations and Business Development
Client relationships, property-management partnerships, company direction, systems and expansion. Lakota is normally the first point of contact for a new property or a new manager.
Mackenzie "Mack" Grusys — General Manager, Operations and Field Leadership
Field execution, project leadership, site supervision, team coordination and quality control. Mack is responsible for what actually happens on the property.
A team with 25+ years of combined experience
Our team brings more than 25 years of combined experience across contracting, property maintenance, construction, repairs, assessments and property operations.
